Ordinary South Africans who responded to a refugee student

A massive shout-out to (extra) ordinary South Africans who responded to the call to send a refugee student from Zimbabwe with seven solid distinctions (including an 80% in Afrikaans) to Wits University to study her towards her dream degree in civil engineering. What a powerful antidote to xenophobia and an affirmation of that most precious of human values which is to embrace the stranger. Well done to the star of the show, Trypin Mudzvenga!
